As it appears on others I shall post links here on Ben's Bookcase. The page
above says "out of stock", but this is simply because it's a newly published
print-on-demand book. Order it and it will be dispatched to you very soon. The
blank cover image will also soon be visible. The novel is currently issued only
as a paperback book. Some customers have asked me whether it will also be
issued as an electronic copy. I am working on that and hope to have it
available in that medium as soon as possible. I will be carrying out an official launch of the novel very shortly. Sincere thanks to everybody who
